Liliana Soto
Liliana Soto brings almost 30 years of experience in real estate development, land entitlements, infrastructure, and construction oversight. As Co-Founder and CEO of NorthStar ES, she leads company strategy, client relationships, and project oversight. Her experience spans early planning through project delivery, helping clients navigate complex requirements and move projects forward with clear direction and accountability.

Damien Atenza
Damien Atenza brings eight years of industry experience and hands-on field leadership to NorthStar ES. As Co-Founder and President, he oversees construction execution and the company's self-performed services. Michael DelCampo
Michael DelCampo brings 20 years of experience, including work with Dallas ISD and other organizations. As Field Supervisor, he manages NorthStar ES's daily field operations, coordinating crews and supporting project execution. His practical experience helps maintain organized jobsites, consistent workmanship, and clear communication between the field and company leadership.
